I was at the Limes Klinikum in Teterow (MV) for three weeks a month after Gabi's death. The various therapies and the exchange with other patients did me good. Also, of course, to get out of Potsdam....although only about 150 km I stayed on site.

Here I discovered yoga for myself. It's nice that I rediscovered sports like badminton, table tennis, beach volleyball for me - from my school days! (thanks to my teammates, especially Ekkehard and Martin).

Lots of sports like running and cycling - finally run the Berlin half marathon again.

Good and intensive physiotherapy of my neck & shoulder tensions and a very soothing Thai massage adding well-being.
