All considerations about real estate (house, apartment, forest, agriculture...). Do I stay in our apartment, house? Should I sell/rent?

I have decided to stay in my wonderful old building apartment in Potsdam at Neuer Garten and rent out two rooms. My wife has furnished our apartment with great taste. By renting out I have company.
